Choctaw’s very own Clean Shorts Film Festival will take place on the campus of Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center, nestled in the city’s center, on April 1-2.  It is an opportunity for aspiring filmmakers who aim to produce projects appropriate for both children and adults.

Since this will be the second annual festival of this nature in Choctaw, it will be a rare chance for independent film directors and producers who yearn to give their works more public exposure.

There are rules to follow concerning the quality of the films themselves. Rules include the following: all films lined up for submission should be age appropriate for all audiences, with no nudity, profanity, drug content or graphic violence.

The Clean Shorts Film Festival is a unique opportunity for locals to express their creativity.  For more information on the festival guidelines, please visit the website www.cleanshorts.org.
