School’s out for summer, and chances are you’ve got your hands full keeping the kids entertained.

Between running errands and the host of summer fun you’ve likely planned, rumbling stomachs can often make for some cranky kiddos. That’s why we’ve been searching high and low for kid-friendly snack spots, so you can keep your cool as summer heats up.

Earl’s Rib Palace

Earl’s Rib Palace has catered to Okie residents, passers-by and visitors since 1996.

Passionate about the process of good barbeque and the people they serve, Earl’s strives to make every customer feel like they deserve the best barbeque . . . because they do! They also make their special sauces (Hot and Not) in house every day.

You can feast on some of Oklahoma’s best brisket, pork and, of course, their Slab of Ribs; and, like parent like child—children can order a kids rib dinner to match their parents’ regular-sized one. They can also order a kid size of any sandwich, hamburger, grilled cheese or chicken strips. It’s an all-around great experience no matter your age.

Earl’s Rib Palace has six locations across the Oklahoma City metro, including one in Moore: 920 25th St. They are open Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
