In Harrah, summer means yet another excuse to frequent Harrah Heritage Park.
Located at 1374 Church Ave., the sprawling park includes a walking path, playground, amphitheater, splash pad and the Splash Pad Grille. The park offers activities year-round, but really ramps up its events when the weather turns hot. Harrah Movies in the Park occurs throughout the summer and is one way the whole family can get together and enjoy fun, family-friendly films under the stars.
Movies in the Park is completely free to the public and each showing begins at dusk. Just because summer is winding down, doesn’t mean the movies are. The rest of the summer includes crowd pleasers like Inside Out and Cinderella.
