This operation is a family-owned endeavor of Girma and Joelle Moaning, working parents who understand the need for after-hours childcare.
The idea of an hourly childcare stemmed from the realization that life’s situations can’t be planned. Having a safe place and reliable people to watch your kids while you hurry to an impromptu appointment or indulge in a much needed evening with friends simplifies life exponentially.
Play Street provides a stimulating and safe environment for children ages three months to 12 years. All employees have passed OKDHS background checks and are CPR and first aid certified. There is a wealth of activities available to keep children engaged includes, among other amenities: an indoor playground with a slide, play kitchen, interactive trains set and a fully equipped nursery.
Play Street offers two payment options in an effort to maintain flexibility and work with parents in different situations. Parents can pay hourly or choose from a number of pre-paid packages.
Whether you need childcare to accommodate a late shift or you need a kid-free date night, Play Street is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. They’re closed on Sundays.
