Once an Antler always an Antler!
Hearing about achievements from current Deer Creek students is great; however, catching wind of Deer Creek alumni doing impressive things after graduation is thrilling. Congratulations are in order for Deer Creek graduate, Kelsey Clifton.
The Antler alumni was awarded the Donna Nigh Scholarship for Special Needs Education Majors. At its yearly Presidential Partners Awards Luncheon, the University of Central Oklahoma Foundation gave seven prestigious awards and scholarships and Clifton, a senior majoring in Special Education, was one of those who received recognition. Clifton plans to focus on students with severe-profound/multiple disabilities in her future career.
